Yachtline's newsletter for clients
It has been a glorious 81st racing season at Burnham Sailing Club, with Wednesday evening racing sponsored by Yachtline. Over 50 yachts and dinghies took part. Sadly, the end of the racing season means the end of the sailing season will soon be upon us. Time for those of us in the UK to lay up or ship out to warmer climes soon. If you're going to be following the sun south with your yacht, please do check that your insurance policy provides cover during transit.
Allianz confirms its ongoing commitment to Yachtline
One of our main insurers, Allianz, have confirmed another 12 months cover for Yachtline to sell their yacht insurance cover. This is the sixth year of our partnership with Allianz and it's a great accolade for Yachtline's commitment to excellent customer service and sensible risk assessment. We are all delighted and proud.
Going global
Yachtline has successfully negotiated with a Lloyd's syndicate to plug the gaps in our worldwide cover. We can now provide yacht insurance for yachts and boats anywhere in the world from New Zealand to Greenland. Over the coming months we're planning to establish partnerships with local agents in Hong Kong, Singapore and the Caribbean. Please do tell your friends and family round the world about us. Damage to yachts in construction or during delivery
If you have recently ordered a yacht or intend to do so, you may be interested that Yachtline can now provide insurance to cover yacht builder's risks, during the construction and delivery stages. It's well worth it for the peace of mind it brings.
