THE YACHTLINER MARCH 2011
Yachtline's newsletter for clients
Last chance for maintenance and repairs before the season begins in earnest next month. Fingers crossed that there won't be yet another bout of severe weather this month. We're certainly looking forward to lighter, carefree evenings.
Yachtline's office in Burnham-on-Crouch - now fully functioning
Yachtline has consolidated its office in Burnham-on-Crouch and the team can now be found in one place, with access to all the same systems and facilities as Yachtline's London office. Chuffy, in the Burnham office, will be pleased to provide your quote, accept your payment or hand over your policy documents. Even better she is herself a yachtswoman, and can talk from first hand experience, so much more satisfactory than speaking to a call centre agent! The Burnham office is at 1 Buckingham Square, Quayside, Burnham-on-Crouch, tel 01621 786988.
Melting ice caps create new opportunities
One of Yachtline's clients recently announced that he was planning to cruise in arctic waters this summer. We're proud to be able to cover him for the trip and look forward to hearing about his adventures in due course.
While we're thinking about Northern Latitudes
Anne Laure in Yachtline's Golfe Juan office renewed a policy recently for a Finnish client and received some unsolicited praise in the process. 'I like your way of working, Anne Laure' he said. The number in Golfe Juan is +33 4 97 21 17 49.
Yachtline joins forces with W G Yachts Ltd
WG Yachts Ltd and Yachtline have agreed to join forces, providing specialist insurance to yacht charterers. This was only possible because of the good working relationship established over the last ten years, says Yachtline's underwriter Keith Hurst.
