At Yachtline we pride ourselves on providing good service to yacht insurance customers, current and future. What does that mean?
There are a number of dimensions.

First we set targets for responding to your needs:

We aim to provide a yacht insurance quote immediately on the website or within three working days if your enquiry is referred to the office
We aim to provide yacht insurance cover immediately should you need it, as long as payment reaches us within 15 days
Should you be unlucky enough to make a claim and if a surveyor's visit is required, we aim to get the surveyor to you within 24 hours

Thirdly the insurance industry regulator, the Financial Services Authority sets a requirement on all firms to treat customers fairly.
