Yachtline is keen to hear from customers about the quality of service we have provided as it helps us to improve continuously our ability to meet customer needs, whether in terms of the cover we offer, the information we provide, how you contact us or how fast we respond. Your feedback also helps us ensure we are treating customers fairly (as required by our regulator the Financial Services Authority).

Another, I.P. of London, who had made a claim against his insurance, wrote earlier this year to say ‘Many thanks for this excellent client service...I will certainly recommend you to my sailing friends’. In June, PD, with a grounding claim, wrote to say ‘Thank you for your attention and support...Hopefully myself and my family will have many more years use and enjoyment of our boat’.
